To determine your specific peak performance period, conduct a series of test runs over a few days. Note your alertness and energy levels each hour and compare the results to pinpoint your optimal time. Tasks completed during this period tend to be more efficient and error-free. Whenever possible, schedule a “do-not-disturb” block on your calendar during these hours or days to maximise productivity.
