Find the Perfect Complement to Your Professional Activity

As a manager, you likely experience a series of long hours of similar managerial activities with a rather similar physical activity and social profile, such as group meetings or back-to-back video calls. While we suggest bundling these activities, it is important to balance these professional activities with leisure activities that tend to the dimensions of GBH that are not covered during work days: If your professional life involves back-to-back video calls, seek an enjoyable in-person group activity such as a running or hiking group. If your professional life involves hectic group meetings, in your leisure time it may be better to start practising yoga or another more meditative leisure activity – think of identifying herbs in nature, knitting, pottery. Search for group meeting dates and locations online – there is a group for almost every activity.
