Morning Intentions

Set Your Morning Intentions

  • Set at least 5-10 minutes in the early morning to review your calendar and urgent tasks. You can also use the evening of the day before.
  • Make a priority list of things that need to get done. Use this “quiet hour” to make sure your daily tasks are not only “busy work”, but also aligned with what you want to achieve. Make sure the important and not urgent things are on the list too.
  • Do this ideally before arriving at the desk to start in the right mindset. Allow flexibility in the priority list to accommodate unforeseen circumstances and adjust the list as needed.
