Microbreaks against eye strain

Eye strain could impair your ability to fully concentrate. Combat eye strain with microbreaks. In addition to longer breaks, incorporate smaller or “micro” breaks into your routine.

Follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes of screen work, look at something 20 feet (approx 6 metres) away for 20 seconds.

This simple practice helps prevent eye strain, promoting sustained focus.
