Choose Social Situations You Are Comfortable With

If you’re someone who finds socialising tiring, especially if you’re introverted, it’s okay to be selective about your social activities. Instead of trying to attend every large event or party, focus on forming closer relationships with a few people. Choose smaller gatherings or activities that you really enjoy. This way, your interactions will be more meaningful.

Remember to take breaks when you need to relax and think. Before going to social events, think of some easy conversation starters like the weather or your journey there. Also, try to go to work events occasionally, even if it’s just for a short time. A little practice will make socialising easier.
