This is one of our favourite ‘hacks’ – easy and powerful.

  • Getting enough sleep during the night is crucial for learning.
  • During sleep, our brains consolidate and strengthen the connections made while studying, enhancing memory and retention. So, after bouts of learning, make sure to prioritise quality sleep to maximise your language learning progress.
  • Most people need 7 to 8 hours of sleep (see also the sleep category in body).
