Body Scan

Before sleeping, dedicate a minute to perform a body scan, ideally while lying down. Begin with your feet and toes, noting their sensations and connection to the ground, then gradually move your awareness up through your legs, hips, stomach, back, and upper limbs, to your neck, the back of your head, and face. Should you encounter any tension, consciously relax those muscles, promoting relaxation and ease before sleep.
