At GetBrainHealthy, we’ve spent the past months talking about brain health through workshops, events, and conversations with partners from science, healthcare, education, and beyond. But one thing has become clear: We don’t just want to talk to people about brain health, we want to talk with you. That’s why we created the “Let’s Talk Brain Health” survey.
Why this survey?
Brain health is everywhere… yet still misunderstood. Many people feel it’s too complex, too medical, or something that only matters “later in life.” But we know from research (and from your feedback!) that brain health is something we build every day, through our habits, environment, relationships, and mindset.
So instead of assuming what people need, we asked a simple question: What does brain health look like in real life?
What we want to understand
This survey helps us explore how people:
- Perceive brain health
- Take care of their cognitive and mental well-being
- Experience challenges in today’s fast-paced, digital world
- Respond to common beliefs (and misbeliefs!) about the brain
It also helps us identify gaps between: What science says and what people actually believe or do.
Why it matters for GetBrainHealthy (and beyond)
Your answers directly shape what we create next. From interactive workshops to public campaigns and tools, everything we design is built around one goal: making brain health understandable, practical, and relevant to everyday life.
The survey helps us:
- Design more impactful workshops
- Tailor messages that resonate (instead of overwhelm)
- Build experiences that empower people, not just inform them
But its impact goes further. The results will also inform future national and international communication strategies on brain health. It will also contribute to a broader effort to better understand how people think about and approach brain health across contexts.
In short: we co-create GetBrainHealthy with you and contribute to a bigger conversation beyond borders.
Take part
It only takes 10–15 minutes, but your input helps shape something much bigger. The survey is available in English, French, German, and Portuguese. And as a thank you, you’ll have the chance to win one of ten €50 vouchers.
