Conversely, habits that impair the body’s function, such as overexercising, sleep deprivation, smoking, heavy alcohol consumption, or drug abuse, can negatively affect brain health. This quiz focuses on prevalent unhealthy behaviours with a strong impact on brain health, guiding you to identify the biggest risks and address them first.
